Key Responsibilities:

• Develop major gift prospect identification plans

• Cultivate current and potential major donors

• Write donor-facing materials and proposals

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with donors

• Manage sensitive information confidentially

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Five years in fundraising with a proven track record

• Experience with major donor cultivation

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational abilities in fast-paced environments
