Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in planning blended worship services

• Equip lay leaders to develop and grow ministries

• Provide compassionate pastoral care to individuals and families

• Lead and support various church ministries and boards

• Guide community outreach initiatives and spiritual engagement

Requirements:

• Master of Divinity Degree from an accredited institution

• Minimum of 7 years pastoral experience

• Willingness to seek credentialing with CBOQ

• Experience with culturally diverse congregations

• Approachable, adaptable, and committed to spiritual growth
