Enhance employment journeys for individuals with visual impairments as the Lead in Program Development. This full-time role focuses on designing impactful programs and resources for the Come to Work Program.
As the Lead for Program Development, you will be responsible for creating and managing program activities tailored to those who are blind, Deafblind, or have low vision.
Your role includes conducting assessments, establishing individual plans, and facilitating job readiness workshops. You'll coordinate all aspects of program delivery while aligning activities with employment outcome goals to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs analysis and research for program opportunities
• Strategize, design, and implement program frameworks
• Deliver job readiness workshops independently or with the team
• Track program progress and enter compliance data
• Supervise Program Coordinator(s) as needed
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years in program development within non-profits
• Strong skills in assessment and trauma-informed practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
• Familiarity with Salesforce and employment supports
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
