Manager of Planned Giving Strategy

Lead planned giving initiatives at the Baycrest Foundation in this hybrid role. The Manager of Planned Giving and Estate Administration aims to cultivate legacy gifts and enhance donor engagement.

Reporting to the Director of Planned Giving and Legal Affairs, you will develop and implement strategies for donor acquisition and stewardship. This role requires experience in planned giving and estate administration, as you will coordinate with professional advisors and internal teams to optimize donor contributions, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Steward personal portfolio of legacy donors

• Create and update planned giving communication materials

• Collaborate with fundraisers to integrate giving strategies

• Manage the lifecycle of legacy gifts effectively

• Generate detailed reports from fundraising databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience

• Familiarity with estate administration and probate procedures

• Strong written and verbal communication ability

• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
