In this Coordinator role, you will support various projects at the Centre for Family Philanthropy. Your responsibilities include managing fund communications, coordinating donor outreach, and developing engagement materials for families. You will also ensure accurate reporting and assist with event planning to foster long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage outreach and communications with fund donors
• Assist in the planning and execution of events
• Organize family engagement materials and curricula
• Take and prepare minutes from meetings
• Maintain general office administration and database management
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in event management is preferred
• Knowledge in project management and administrative support
• Advanced skills in Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
