Make a significant difference at United Way Greater Toronto as Senior Philanthropy Officer, specializing in Principal Giving. Drive philanthropic investments over $1M for community initiatives.

This Toronto-based position requires collaboration with the Director, focusing on high-net-worth individuals willing to support major community projects. You will engage in strategic donor development to enhance relationships and secure transformational gifts that fuel United Way's vital initiatives. Your expertise will guide the crafting of proposals and stewardship communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement strategies for major gifts

• Steward high-value donor relationships and prospects

• Design written materials for donor engagement

• Coordinate with teams to align funding priorities

• Maximize CRM to track donor engagement

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in major gift fundraising

• Strong relationship management skills

• Experience with principal gift fundraising cycles

• Capacity for complex project coordination

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor management tools
