CIFAR seeks a Senior Coordinator for Annual Giving to facilitate donor engagements in a hybrid model. This newly created position aims to maximize fundraising efforts while building lasting relationships with supporters.
As you report to the Senior Director of Advancement, your primary goal will be to drive philanthropic support through effective donor acquisition and engagement strategies. This role emphasizes operational excellence, assisting in all aspects of fundraising campaigns aimed at various donor segments contributing up to $25,000.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement donor acquisition and fundraising strategies
• Engage in targeted fundraising campaigns consistently
• Prepare proposals and manage sponsorship activities
• Maintain comprehensive donor records and database updates
• Generate materials for donor stewardship and engagement
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in donor relations or fundraising
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skill
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Proficient in CRM database management
• Interest in furthering CIFAR's mission and community impact
