CIFAR Hybrid Annual Giving Coordinator

In this role, under the guidance of the Senior Director, you will coordinate all aspects of CIFAR’s Annual Giving strategy. This includes cultivating relationships with individual, corporate, and foundation donors contributing up to $25,000, along with developing impactful donor communications and managing fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead donor acquisition and stewardship efforts
• Support targeted fundraising appeals and campaigns
• Process donations and maintain donor records
• Track and coordinate sponsorship benefits
• Develop and manage donor materials and communications
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant fundraising experience
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Proven relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and writing skills
• Familiarity with CRM database management
Play a vital role in enhancing CIFAR’s fundraising strategies and donor engagement initiatives.
