Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and solicit leadership level donors for funding

• Meet with current and prospective donors for engagement

• Develop funding options aligned with donor interests

• Implement stewardship plans to sustain donor engagement

• Draft proposals and communications for donor relations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or suitable experience

• At least five years in fundraising or advancement

• Knowledge of planned giving programs

• Proven ability to motivate donors and volunteers

• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
