You will act as the primary contact for community partners, ensuring they receive timely support to enhance their financial empowerment services. Collaborate with various internal teams to inform training and development based on partner feedback. Your capacity-building efforts will help create a responsive community network that supports those living on low incomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee relationships with funded community partners
• Resolve partner inquiries and provide support
• Engage partners in community practice activities
• Facilitate discussions in French and English
• Monitor partner satisfaction and progress
Requirements:
• 2+ years working with Francophone organizations
• Strong relationship management skills
• Experience in collaborative, matrixed settings
• Excellent bilingual communication
• Knowledge of financial empowerment beneficial
