• Support volunteers in addressing challenges confidently
• Mentor Volunteer Coordinators to develop their skills
• Collaborate with staff for strategic volunteer alignment
Requirements:
• Proven experience in leading volunteers within nonprofits
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Capacity to provide constructive feedback with empathy
• Familiarity with community service is beneficial
• Proactive approach to independent work and initiatives
