Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation is the largest foundation in Canada dedicated to supporting childhood disability inclusion, research, care, and academic leadership. Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation is seeking a Coordinator, Partnerships to join the Foundation’s Partnerships team. Reporting to the Director, Partnerships and Signature Events, the Coordinator, Partnerships provides administrative, organizational, and logistical support across corporate portfolios, signature event preparation, and campaign execution. Key accountabilities include conducting data‑driven prospect research, support with donor solicitation, and maintaining accurate stewardship tracking and donor impact reporting.

The successful candidate will effectively manage multiple event timelines, ensure accuracy in database records, and demonstrate a collaborative approach to engaging with corporate partners and stakeholders in support of Holland Bloorview’s mission.

• Support the partnerships team with events, meeting coordination, proposal writing, presentations, data entry and other administrative work as required
• Support relationship managers with their portfolio of donors and prospects, including cultivation, solicitation and stewardship
• Support hospital tours for current and prospective donors including space and demonstration bookings and creating digital welcome signs
• Support with briefing notes, letters, research profiles, stewardship reports, and other materials as required
• Enter donations, constituent updates and donor interactions in the database
• Support departmental projects and special initiatives as required.
• Support corporate volunteering opportunities by facilitating logistics (bookings, ordering supplies, creating activities), communications, and follow‑up activities.
• Support and lead onsite volunteer events, including group activities and tours
• Consult with hospital colleagues to identify corporate volunteering opportunities
