Position: Program Coordinator (Jewish Youth) NCSY
Become a Program Coordinator at NCSY Canada, where you'll engage Jewish teens through meaningful programming and personal connection. This role combines flexible hybrid work with on-the-ground execution of vibrant educational initiatives.

As the Program Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in building relationships with Jewish adolescents while executing strategic programs to bolster their Jewish identity. Your leadership will shape experiences such as weekly clubs, special events, and retreats, helping to expand NCSY's impact across the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish authentic relationships with teens across schools

• Oversee planning and execution of NCSY events and programs

• Facilitate engaging activities and support participants

• Track outcomes and refine programs based on feedback

• Collaborate with leadership on program administration

Requirements:

• Deep passion for engaging Jewish youth and education

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

• Strong organizational and proactive thinking abilities

• Flexibility for program scheduling, including evenings

• Experience in youth programming and event management
