The Associate Director will execute a comprehensive fundraising plan and build essential relationships with funders and partners. Key responsibilities include grant writing, compliance, and interdepartmental collaboration to optimize fundraising strategies while ensuring adherence to public funding requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute annual fundraising plans and generate innovative ideas
• Cultivate relationships with key funders and write grant proposals
• Oversee government funding strategies and grant cycles
• Foster interdepartmental collaboration on development strategies
• Monitor fundraising systems and CRM databases for effectiveness
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of fundraising management experience
• Proven record with grants in the $500K–$1M range
• Strong financial acumen and revenue forecasting skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
