Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and renew evaluation strategy annually

• Customize logic models for community food organizations

• Design annual survey strategy for Community Food Centres

• Report on Programs Department Key Performance Indicators

• Create individualized evaluation strategies for funding proposals

Requirements:

• 5+ years in non-profit evaluation tools implementation

• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods

• Experience in creating logic models and theories of change

• Superior analytical and report writing skills

• Proficient in digital tools and adaptable to new technologies
