Senior Manager of Donor Data

Lead donor data operations as a Senior Manager with Toronto Public Library Foundation, utilizing your expertise in Raiser’s Edge NXT in a hybrid work setting. Drive fundraising strategies and enhance donor engagement through data analysis.

In this full-time role, you will oversee the fundraising database while developing actionable insights for organizational decision-making. Your strategic oversight will ensure data integrity and the establishment of governance standards vital for successful fundraising operations. Collaborating cross-functionally, you'll translate data into impactful strategies that support future initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive fundraising data strategies aligned with goals

• Manage fundraising database and ensure data integrity

• Oversee fundraising operations including donor records management

• Analyze fundraising performance and donor behavior

• Support the transition to Raiser’s Edge NXT for improved operations

Requirements:

• 7+ years in database management, preferably Raiser’s Edge NXT

• Experience establishing fundraising operations and governance

• Knowledge of CRA regulations for charitable organizations

• Proven project management skills and experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
