Position: Associate Director of Planned Giving at Crescent School

Crescent School seeks a senior fundraising leader to manage its planned giving programs. With a focus on cultivating relationships, you’ll work closely with the Headmaster and Chief Advancement Officer to maximize donor impact. This role blends strategic planning, direct donor engagement, and full accountability for all aspects of legacy giving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive multi-year strategy for planned giving

• Establish measurable goals and track program metrics

• Collaborate with Advancement for integrated donor messaging

• Conduct face-to-face visits with alumni and key stakeholders

• Provide expert guidance on various planned giving vehicles

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in planned giving or major gifts fundraising

• Understanding of Canadian tax laws for charitable giving

• Excellent interpersonal skills for sensitive conversations

• Proficient in Raiser's Edge or similar databases

• Commitment to Crescent's core values
