Immanuel Baptist Church, a medium-sized community in North York, is in search of a Senior Pastor to guide our vibrant congregation. We seek an individual with a Master of Divinity and a heart for leadership development, equipping volunteers, and fostering loving relationships across generations. The ideal candidate will model sound biblical interpretation and motivate active service within the church.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan blended worship collaboratively with ministry teams

• Equip church members for deeper faith and service

• Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance

• Lead and support church leadership and staff meetings

• Engage the community and embody Christ's teachings

Requirements:

• Master of Divinity from an accredited institution

• Minimum 7 years pastoral experience

• Experience leading in culturally diverse settings

• Commitment to Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec

• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
