Position: Development Coordinator for Events
Drive impactful fundraising initiatives as a Development Coordinator for Events with the Jesuits of Canada. This role combines event planning expertise with donor engagement to support the Jesuits' mission.

In your position as Development and Events Coordinator, reporting to the Assistant Director, you will curate and execute fundraising efforts, manage donor relations, and contribute to comprehensive development strategies.

Your role is essential in planning and executing events such as galas and community outreach, ensuring end-to-end management and effective donor communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate fundraising events, including logistics

• Maintain strong engagement with donor community

• Oversee event budgets and timelines effectively

• Manage event materials, from invitations to evaluations

• Assist in donor recognition and stewardship programs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years in event coordination or fundraising

• Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or similar field

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills

• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal

• Availability for evenings and weekends as required
