In this critical role, you will oversee the complete donor development cycle, focusing on both major gifts and planned giving. As a leader in donor-centered fundraising, you will cultivate lasting relationships with prospects who share The Salvation Army's mission of support and service. Your expertise will be essential in maximizing revenue and ensuring effective engagement strategies across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and donors

• Conduct discovery meetings and prepare detailed reports and proposals

• Promote awareness of leadership and legacy giving initiatives

• Implement strategic donor engagement with in-person interactions

• Maintain accurate records in Raiser’s Edge NXT for tracking

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Fundraising

• CFRE designation preferred or in progress

• Strong communication and project leadership skills

• Proven experience in donor relations and customer service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and organizational tasks
