Manager of Youth Programs

Position: Manager of Youth Housing Programs
Drive impactful youth housing initiatives with us as the Manager of Youth Housing Programming. Lead efforts to combat youth homelessness through innovative programming and community partnerships.

In this permanent full-time role, you will manage a dedicated team focused on delivering housing stability solutions for marginalized youth. You'll design and implement essential programs while collaborating with various stakeholders, including Ontario Works, Toronto Community Housing, and local service providers. Your leadership will support a trauma-informed approach, ensuring that youth experiences with housing are brief and non-recurring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams supporting youth housing

• Establish strong partnerships with community stakeholders

• Design and deliver programs for youth in need

• Implement operational planning and budget management

• Conduct funding evaluation and reporting

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or related field

• Three years of experience working with underserved youth

• Two years of management experience in non-profit

• Training in anti-oppression and harm reduction

• Effective leadership skills in diverse settings

Lead transformative youth programming focused on equity and community engagement.
