Elevate Park People’s fundraising efforts as Director of Fund Development based in Toronto. This hybrid role demands both strategic oversight and active engagement in revenue generation.
We are looking for an innovative leader to facilitate Park People’s fundraising goals. As the Director, you will develop and implement effective fundraising strategies while supervising a dedicated team. This role requires establishing key relationships, writing competitive grant proposals, and advocating for community impact, ensuring compliance with public funders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with government and corporate funders
• Track and ensure compliance with funding agreements
• Collaborate across departments to refine fundraising efforts
• Oversee donor records and fundraising systems
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in fundraising management
• Proven success in securing sizeable grants
• Expertise in government funding processes and reporting
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Advocates for diversity and inclusion in fund development
