Youth Engagement Coordinator at YMCA

Join the YMCA of Greater Toronto as a Youth Engagement Coordinator, focusing on education and awareness. In this full-time bilingual role, you’ll facilitate engaging workshops for youth and families.

This position involves creating educational content and executing outreach strategies to support diverse communities. You will connect with schools and community organizations while focusing on programs that promote youth development.

Your role will be essential in ensuring that youth from various backgrounds gain access to vital resources and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver bilingual educational workshops and webinars

• Organize community involvement initiatives with partners

• Develop and sustain advisory committees for youth

• Create and implement outreach strategies for program awareness

• Maintain accurate records and report on program outcomes

Requirements:

• Education in Social Sciences, Public Health, or related fields

• Familiarity with outreach and engagement strategies

• 1-2 years experience in facilitation is strongly preferred

• Proficient in French and English

• Strong writing and content creation skills
