Director of Stakeholder Engagement

Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives with PGO in downtown Toronto, combining outreach and communications expertise in a hybrid role. This position is perfect for a seasoned leader dedicated to public protection and relationship building.
As the Director of Stakeholder Engagement, you'll report to the CEO and manage a small team, driving impactful communications and operational coordination efforts.

Your role will encompass volunteer management, representing the organization at key industry events, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders, volunteers, and government representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team focused on communications and outreach

• Coordinate Council meetings and committee processes

• Manage volunteer onboarding and communications

Requirements:

• University degree in relevant field

• 5+ years of supervisory experience

• Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement

• Experience in regulatory or public sector environments

• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment
