Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans for Cantonese ministry growth

• Preach at Cantonese worship services and lead Christian education

• Provide pastoral care and support to congregants

• Train and mentor lay leaders within the Cantonese ministry

• Promote ministry activities within the Cantonese community

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master of Divinity degree

• 3+ years of experience in Cantonese ministry

• Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English

• Familiarity with cross-cultural dynamics

• Outgoing personality with leadership capabilities
