Elevate fundraising efforts as the Annual Giving Manager at TVO in Toronto, Yonge & Eglinton. Lead campaigns, build donor relations, and drive sustainable philanthropic support.
TVO is seeking a dynamic and creative leader for its Annual Giving team. This full-time permanent role requires 3-5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience and a passion for community impact. The Annual Giving Manager will implement strategies to enhance donor engagement and increase revenue through innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute annual giving campaigns effectively
• Collaborate with the Director, Philanthropy on strategies
• Manage external partnerships and service delivery
• Enhance digital fundraising with marketing efforts
• Supervise and ensure accurate reporting from staff
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in fundraising and donor management
• University degree in a relevant field preferred
• Proven success in multi-channel campaign leadership
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
