Social Impact Specialist

Position: Social Impact Specialist at Lyft
Drive social change as a Social Impact Specialist with Lyft in Toronto. This hybrid role requires program execution, community engagement, and cross-functional partnership to enhance accessibility and opportunity.

Lyft’s dedicated Social Impact team is seeking a highly organized candidate with 2–3 years of relevant experience. As you manage impactful programs like Round Up & Donate, you'll be the crucial link between strategy and execution. Your responsibilities will span sponsorship management, project coordination, and data management across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Core Social Impact programs and drive community engagement

• Facilitate ride donation programs with partner organizations

• Manage data collection systems for metrics and partner stories

• Develop internal and external communications materials

• Coordinate meetings and track action items using project management tools

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years in project management or corporate social impact

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with budget tracking and data management

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management software

• Regional knowledge with a bonus for French proficiency
