Senior Fundraiser

Position: Senior Fundraiser for Aga Khan Museum
Become a key player in fundraising at the Aga Khan Museum as a Senior Development Officer. This hybrid role focuses on major gifts, donor relations, and strategic revenue growth initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Development, this position is vital for fostering long-term relationships with devoted donors passionate about the Museum's mission. You will manage a portfolio of major gift donors, develop creative solicitation strategies, and identify new opportunities for financial diversification. Transform the Museum's ambitious fundraising goals into tangible success through collaboration with your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage major gift donor portfolio through stewardship and solicitation

• Identify and qualify new prospects leveraging research and networks

• Build and deepen relationships to enhance donor passion

• Pursue corporate sponsorship and foundation opportunities

• Maintain detailed portfolio records for effective management

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent fundraising experience

• Minimum four years in major gift relationship management

• Proven success in soliciting gifts from donors

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Experience with donor databases and CRMs, Tessitura preferred
