This full-time position focuses on managing volunteer recruitment, overseeing training, and ensuring program quality. You will collaborate with various teams to identify needs and develop effective strategies to engage volunteers in meaningful ways. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of volunteer services

• Oversee volunteer recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes

• Develop annual work plans and monitor program outcomes

• Collaborate with teams to identify service gaps and growth opportunities

• Lead volunteer recognition and community engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years in volunteer management or community engagement

• Certification in Volunteer Management preferred

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
