Elevate Indigenous youth leadership and manage partnerships with the Mastercard Foundation as the Lead for the Fellows Program in Canada. Oversee impactful program delivery and cultivate meaningful community relationships.
This full-time hybrid role focuses on the development and implementation of the Mastercard Foundation Fellows Program. You'll work closely with both Indigenous and non-Indigenous partners to deliver high-quality programming and ensure strong outcomes for Fellows. Your leadership will drive the continuous improvement and expansion of the program, keeping Indigenous voices at its core.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage partnerships for the Mastercard Foundation Fellows Program
• Facilitate high-quality program delivery and impact measurement
• Oversee planning and implementation with host organizations
• Analyze program reports for continuous improvement
• Represent the program in external learning initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in Indigenous education or community development
• Strong experience in partnership management
• Proven track record in program evaluation
• Understanding of Indigenous worldviews and practices
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
