Integrated Annual Giving Manager Baycrest

Lead impactful fundraising initiatives with The Baycrest Foundation as the Manager, Integrated Annual Giving. This role focuses on enhancing donor engagement and optimizing direct response programs in a hybrid work model.

As a key part of the team, you will report to the Senior Manager, Mid-Level & Direct Response. You will be responsible for executing direct response strategies while managing donor communications. This is a temporary full-time role that plays a crucial role in increasing donor retention and revamping annual giving strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute multi-channel direct response fundraising campaigns

• Analyze programs and generate tactical insights for improvement

• Develop donor-centric segmentation for annual giving growth

• Implement strategies to enhance monthly giving and donor loyalty

• Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and create engagement plans

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in fundraising or related development functions

• Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or similar

• Experience leading multi-channel fundraising programs

• Proficiency with CRM systems like Raisers Edge

• Strong analytical skills and relationship-building capabilities
