Full-Time Youth Pastor

Lead Hillsong Youth in Toronto as a Full-Time Youth and Young Adults Pastor. Focus on discipleship, leadership development, and building a thriving community for young people.

Hillsong Church is seeking a passionate individual to oversee our Youth and Young Adults ministries at the Toronto Campus. You will work collaboratively with volunteer leaders and campus pastors to promote spiritual growth through personal connections and impactful outreach.

Your role involves developing leadership pathways and ensuring our ministry environments are nurturing and faith-filled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for Youth and Young Adults ministries

• Champion Hillsong’s values in youth environments

• Foster engaging ministries for spiritual growth

• Develop and mentor volunteer leaders for effective service

• Uphold Safe Church standards in all activities

Requirements:

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Ministry or related field

• Experience in youth or young adults ministry leadership

• Proven track record in discipleship and spiritual development

• Strong understanding of youth culture and engagement strategies

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
