Part-Time Engagement Specialist

Join Change Conference as a part-time Engagement Specialist for Western Canada. Cultivate relationships with churches and youth leaders to promote Christian values.

This role involves 8 hours of work per week and reports to the Events Director. You will engage with local youth leaders year-round, coordinate event logistics, and ensure excellent communication. Your organized and adaptable approach will help develop a supportive community focused on youth engagement and spiritual growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and support events for Change Conference

• Foster connections with youth leaders and churches

• Manage materials and logistics for events

• Attend local ministry events and community outreach

• Participate in fundraising and communication efforts

Requirements:

• Active involvement in a local church community

• Proven organizational and people skills

• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks

• Background in event management and outreach

• Strong commitment to youth advocacy and development
