Pastoral Role for Youth & Young Adults

Join Hillsong Church in Toronto as a Pastor for Youth and Young Adults. Develop leaders, foster community, and guide young people in their spiritual journeys.

We are looking for a dedicated Youth and Young Adults Pastor to provide oversight and leadership for our youth community at the Toronto Campus. This full-time role involves mentoring students and young adults while cultivating authentic relationships within the ministry. You will play a key part in ensuring that young people discover their purpose and build their faith in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of Youth and Young Adults ministries

• Create engaging discipleship pathways for spiritual growth

• Strengthen connections with parents and community

• Recruit and equip dedicated volunteer leaders

• Facilitate pastoral support for life events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Ministry, Theology, or Youth Work preferred

• Demonstrated experience in church youth ministry

• Proven ability to develop and pastor young people

• Strong communication and relational skills

• Experience in creating healthy ministry systems
