As part of the Women’s Philanthropy team, you will report to the Associate Vice President and assist with various fundraising and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include managing donor interactions, overseeing volunteer fundraising teams, and ensuring effective project management across initiatives. Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for the team
• Manage relationships with volunteer fundraisers across departments
• Track project progress and highlight issues as needed
• Handle communications with donors and community agencies
• Collaborate with marketing on donor materials
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus
