As a Senior Development Officer, you'll be responsible for leading major gift fundraising while collaborating with internal teams and community partners. This role requires your innovative thinking and strong relationship management skills to cultivate and solicit donor relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective major gift fundraising strategies

• Manage major donor portfolios to maximize engagement

• Seek and qualify new donor prospects for support

• Craft personalized donor engagement aligned with our goals

• Maintain comprehensive records for donor relationships

Requirements:

• Proven background in major gifts and stewardship

• Post-secondary degree in relevant fields

• CFRE certification is advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
