This role is critical to the Community Fundraising & Events team, where you will engage service clubs and volunteers to achieve an annual target of over $700,000. You'll coordinate fundraising campaigns, enhance volunteer experiences, and support national events, ensuring effective collaboration with community organizations. Your contributions will directly impact those living with diabetes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate fundraising initiatives to meet revenue targets
• Build relationships with service clubs and community partners
• Recruit and manage volunteers and interns efficiently
• Complete grant applications and prepare impact reports
• Implement a volunteer engagement strategy across teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of fundraising and volunteer management
• Proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
