Cantonese Pastor at TCCC

This full-time role requires a compassionate leader who will oversee hospitality ministries and support congregants through various life stages. You will collaborate with lay leaders to foster a strong sense of belonging, lead small groups, and ensure the spiritual growth of church members. A visionary approach is essential to equip and empower leaders within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pastoral care through visits and counseling

• Welcome newcomers and connect them with church resources

• Coordinate assistance for those in need

• Lead and oversee the Caring Ministry

• Facilitate training and outreach initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years pastoral experience

• Master of Divinity or equivalent degree

• Strong interpersonal skills and a pastoral heart

• Fluency in Cantonese and proficiency in English

• Commitment to TCCC’s mission and values
