Freedom seeks an Executive Director to provide visionary leadership and operational oversight. You will guide programs, manage teams, and strengthen community relationships, focusing on awareness, survivor support, and fundraising efforts. This leadership role prioritizes inclusivity and innovation in tackling crucial societal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and visionary leadership

• Oversee daily operations and program implementation

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and funders

• Lead fundraising activities, including grant writing

• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in senior non-profit leadership

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required

• Preferred experience in grant writing and community engagement
