Reporting directly to the Manager, Events, you will be responsible for executing complex fundraising initiatives that align with UHN Foundation's goals. Your duties include managing budgets, volunteer engagement, event strategy, and stakeholder relationships. You will also provide mentorship, fostering a supportive environment for junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Event Lead for significant fundraising projects
• Develop event strategies, business cases, and critical scheduling
• Monitor financial performance and optimize budgets
• Manage event communications and ensure brand adherence
• Analyze feedback to recommend improvements
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in fundraising events
• Educational background in event management or related field
• Strong budgeting and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
• Experience collaborating with volunteers and stakeholders
