Director of Generation Engagement

Shape the future of philanthropy at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto as the Director of Next Generation Engagement. Focus on cultivating meaningful relationships with donors aged under 40.

Reporting to the Associated Vice President of Annual Campaign, this dynamic role is essential for revitalizing fundraising efforts aimed at a younger audience. You will develop diverse strategies that not only attract young donors but also foster ongoing engagement and participation in community initiatives. Your leadership will drive impactful results in philanthropic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft long-term strategic plans with AVP

• Build and manage a portfolio of younger donor relationships

• Create engaging stewardship strategies for next-gen givers

• Meet established fundraising and engagement goals

• Support and develop new volunteer leaders for fundraising roles

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience

• At least 4 years in a similar role

• Proven experience in fundraising and community engagement

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
