Ve’ahavta’s outreach vans distribute hot meals and baked goods to individuals facing homelessness. As a volunteer in the Make-a-Meal initiative, you'll create sandwiches and treats to be delivered. This role is designed for anyone, including children and teens looking to gain volunteer hours, ensuring that everyone can participate and support the cause.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals, including sandwiches and baked goods
• Schedule drop-off times Monday through Friday
• Participate in meal monitoring and distribution
• Engage with community outreach teams
• Connect with the mission to aid those in need
Requirements:
• Willingness to cook meals from home
• Availability for food drop-offs during specified times
• Enthusiasm for community service
• Interest in social assistance initiatives
• Suitable for all ages, especially youth
