Position: Experienced Fundraiser with War Child
Drive meaningful fundraising initiatives at War Child Canada as a Senior Development Officer, where your expertise in individual giving will make a difference. Focus on annual and monthly giving while fostering impactful donor relationships.

Your role will encompass leading integrated fundraising efforts to enhance donor engagement, retention, and overall support for War Child Canada. With a strong foundation in fundraising and at least three years of experience, you’ll execute direct mail campaigns and partner with key stakeholders to align messaging and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute direct mail campaigns for fundraising

• Develop strategies for monthly donor acquisition and retention

• Prepare and manage grant proposals and reporting

• Cultivate relationships with mid-level and major donors

• Track and report on fundraising success metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fundraising or related disciplines

• 3+ years of relevant fundraising experience

• A track record of successful donor relationship management

• Strong planning and communication skills

• Proficient in using fundraising and reporting tools
