Senior Development Officer

In this full-time role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Major and Individual Giving. Your focus will be on major donors, managing a portfolio, and driving fundraising initiatives that align with Daily Bread Food Bank's mission. Key skills include donor engagement, moves management, and collaborative strategies to attract and retain major gifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute moves management strategies for donor engagement

• Supervise and mentor a Development Officer, Major Gifts

• Actively research and identify potential major donors

• Create solicitation strategies through various communication channels

• Provide regular updates on donor progress and annual revenue goals

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in leadership or mid-level giving program management

• University degree or equivalent experience in fundraising

• Strong CRM skills, especially in Raiser’s Edge

• Knowledge of ethical fundraising practices required

• Valid G class driver’s license or equivalent
