This leadership role entrusts you with overseeing Fight4

Freedom’s operations and managing critical programs aimed at fighting sex trafficking. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various stakeholders, enhancing funding efforts, and promoting a culture of innovation within the organization. Your focus will help to further the mission and goals of Fight4

Freedom effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight and visionary direction

• Manage financial resources and human capital

• Strengthen ties with community stakeholders and funders

• Oversee fundraising, grant writing, and reporting

• Monitor program success and implement improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of non-profit senior leadership

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated financial and operational management experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

• Experience in grant applications preferred
