MLSE Foundation Donor Relations Officer

Become a key player in donor engagement at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Foundation. Drive major gifts fundraising efforts and enhance community impact through strategic relationships.

The Donor Relations Officer will manage a valuable portfolio supporting MLSE Foundation’s major gifts initiatives. This role is integral to achieving a $4.5M target, requiring effective relationship management and tailored communication strategies. You will lead proposal development, ensuring that our donor outreach aligns with MLSE’s mission to empower youth across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a $1M portfolio of major gift donors

• Create customized donor engagement strategies

• Collaborate with colleagues on fundraising projects

• Produce high-quality donor proposals and reports

• Manage data accuracy within the CRM platform

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of relevant fundraising experience

• Exceptional writing and proposal development skills

• Strong relationships with high-net-worth donors

• Experience with pipeline management using Salesforce

• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
