Supervisor of Corporate Partnerships at RMHC

Reporting to the National Partnerships Manager, you will oversee a corporate donor portfolio that exceeds $3M, with aims to expand significantly. Your capabilities in relationship management will facilitate collaboration with 11 Regional Chapters and internal teams, ensuring that donor experiences align with RMHC Canada’s mission. Your knowledge of the nonprofit landscape will aid in identifying gifts and opportunities that enhance community support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationships of corporate donors nationwide

• Drive stewardship and donor engagement initiatives

• Create compelling presentations and stewardship content

• Identify new partnership opportunities within Gift-in-Kind

• Track donor contributions and performance metrics

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in partnerships or fundraising

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaborative capabilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Understanding of ethical fundraising principles
