BASIC FUNCTION:
March of Dimes Canada is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional for the role of Campaign Coordinator as we prepare to launch a landmark, multi-year comprehensive fundraising campaign.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Leadership Giving, the Campaign Coordinator will provide administrative, project, and donor engagement support to the philanthropy team. The successful candidate will play an important role in coordinating campaign activities, maintaining accurate donor and prospect records, supporting stewardship initiatives, and helping to ensure the timely execution of campaign plans and priorities.
A highly organized and collaborative team member, the Campaign Coordinator will work closely with philanthropy colleagues, program staff, senior leadership, volunteers, and external stakeholders to support the achievement of campaign goals. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in fundraising and philanthropy while gaining exposure to major gifts, campaign strategy, donor stewardship, and project management.
Responsible for supporting campaign operations, the Campaign Coordinator will help drive the successful implementation of campaign initiatives through effective planning, coordination, and communication. The incumbent will assist with prospect research, donor correspondence, meeting and event logistics, campaign reporting, and database management, ensuring a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of their work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Campaign Coordination & Project Support
- In collaboration with the Sr. Director, Leadership Giving and internal stakeholders, support the implementation, tracking, and ongoing coordination of the $70M comprehensive campaign strategy.
- Assist with monitoring campaign activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support the achievement of fundraising goals.
- Maintain campaign work plans, project trackers, and reporting tools to ensure activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Support the coordination of campaign meetings, prepare agendas and materials, document key discussions, and track follow-up actions.
- Contribute to project and team budget administration by tracking expenditures, reconciling expenses, identifying efficiencies, and making recommendations regarding campaign-related expenditures.
- Monitor campaign-related processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, donor experience, and service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, privacy requirements, donor confidentiality standards, and risk management protocols in all aspects of campaign administration and donor engagement.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities.
- Conduct prospect research and prepare donor profiles, briefing notes, and background materials to support fundraising activities.
- Coordinate donor meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications with current and prospective donors.
- Assist with the preparation of donor proposals, gift agreements, partnership agreements, stewardship reports, and recognition materials.
- Support the implementation of donor and partner recognition strategies to ensure meaningful engagement and stewardship.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the identification, segmentation, cultivation, and stewardship of donors and campaign supporters.
- Assist in building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, helping to foster engagement and support for campaign objectives.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to campaign volunteers, committees, and volunteer leaders, including meeting preparation, progress reporting, and follow-up activities.
