You will be responsible for engaging vulnerable seniors, creating training programs, and fostering partnerships with community agencies. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage grassroots groups delivering senior services

• Create community health training curriculum

• Establish collaborative relationships with agencies

• Support community capacity building and leadership

• Monitor program performance and report on progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• Minimum two years of community facilitation experience

• Project management experience is an asset

• Knowledge of health and social services sector
