This full-time senior role reports to the Director of Partnerships and Fund Development. Key responsibilities include managing funding opportunities and relationship portfolios with corporate and government partners. The position requires exceptional communication skills to create compelling proposals and cases for support while developing strategies to enhance TKTC’s revenue base through strong partnerships and donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and cultivate new funding and partnership opportunities
• Manage significant funding opportunities through the full development cycle
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Develop relationship strategies to enhance engagement and retention
• Lead the creation of tailored funding propositions and applications
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–7 years in partnership or fundraising development
• Proven track record of securing substantial partnerships
• Degree in nonprofit management or related field
• Exceptional written communication and strategic judgment
• Experience with government funding and high-net-worth individuals
